These are questions that are discussed in the second post in the series: http://blog.wolfram.com/2017/04/07/how-to-use-your-smartphone-for-vibration-analysis-part-2-the-wolfram-cloud/

Another alternative would be to use one of the many entry-points to Wolfram Data Drop (https://datadrop.wolframcloud.com/) to get the data from a sensor to the Wolfram Cloud.

Which Application you are using ?

I am giving a try with wireless Vibration sensors https://store.ncd.io/product/iot-long-range-wireless-vibration-and-temperature-sensor/ and I am curious to use this sensor with one of my CNC machine to monitor the data by making IOT friendly solution using wolfram platform which is already available in raspberry pi but I am not much aware about mentioned below queries:

1. Looking for better way to make wireless connectivity between sensor and wolfram.

2. Need to send the wolfram data with wolfram cloud which help me to display the readings on my smartphone

Can You suggest me any best solution to send the data of wireless sensor directly to web based application which will help to display the data of sensors on my smartphone.
